We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Opened perfumes, sale items, and used products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 48 hours for damaged or wrong items.
